1. Definition

1-1. Sportys organises the ROC d’Azur competition within the framework of an INTERNATIONAL event under the aegis of the French Cycling Federation.

1-2. Any competitor who takes part in this competition, is supposed to be aware of the present regulation. S/he is committed to respecting all its measures unreservedly.

1-3. The sole authority concerned will be that of the Joint Statutory Auditors for the application of the present regulation.

2. Participation

2-1. All competitors not having an FFC, FNSU, FSGT or UFOLEP licence or a member of the National Federation affiliated with the UCI, must provide a medical certificate for non contraindication to the practice of competitive cycling, dating back to within the past year.
Participants are aware that:
• no medical certificate will be issued on site
• no discharge will be accepted
• for under 18s, parental authorisation is compulsory

Les Randos Roc randonnées are (non timed) long distance courses open to everyone from the age of 12 upwards.
Les Randos Roc are (non ranked) long distance courses which criss-cross the most beautiful areas of the Maures massifs.
All the race starts will be staggered in waves comprising a maximum of 500 racers. Each competitor has a microchip on their number.

Registration prior to 4th October 2009, or on site (up to 1 hour prior to the start of each long distance course).
PLEASE NOTE THE LIMITED PLACES + COMPULSORY CERTIFICATE
Registration on site and collection of numbers: Wednesday 7th October 2009 from 1600 to 1900 hours, Thursday 8th October from 0700 to 1900 hours, Friday 9th October from 0700 to 1900 hours and Saturday 10th October from 0700 to 1900 hours and up to one hour prior to the start of each trail.

0700 – 1900 hrs: Opening of the registration area – Reception of racers
Rando Roc Odyssey: 1400 hrs
Saturday 10th October 2009
0700 – 1900 hrs: Opening of the registration area – Reception of racers 1000/1030/1100/1130 hrs: Rando Roc noire.
