No race number means no Roc d'Azur! Discover all the information about the collection of race numbers and remember to bring all the necessary documents with you, so that you are guaranteed to set off in the race!

1. Collection of the race numbers

Race numbers, plates and timing systems (chips or transponders) should be collected at the Base Nature François Léotard in Fréjus.

  • You can collect your race numbers at the times below:
    • Wednesday 4th October 2017, 2pm – 7pm
    • Thursday 5th October 2017, 7am – 7pm
    • Friday 6th October 2017, 7am – 7pm
    • Saturday 7th October 2017, 7am – 7pm
    • Sunday 8th October 2017, 7am – 9am

N.B.:
- They can be collected until 1 hour before the start of races scheduled to start after 10am.
- For races which start earlier, bibs must be collected the day before the race.

2. documents to present when you collect your race number

Bibs, plates and timing systems (chips or transponders) will be provided upon presentation of:

  1. Your notification letter 
  2. Your proof of your identity
  3. Your licence or a medical certificate dated no earlier than a year before the day of the race
  4. A parental consent form (for those under 18 years old). Click here to download the parental consent form.

N.B.:
- For mountain bike races, the bib must be pinned to the participant’s back, and the plate must be attached in front of the bike’s handlebars so that the number is clearly visible.


- Participants in the Tri Roc must wear their numbers on their backs for the mountain biking stage and on their fronts (using pins or a bib belt) for the running stage.


3. medical certificate validity requirements

Your certificate must:

  1. Mention the wording “fit to take part in competitive cycling or mountain-biking events”
  2. Be dated no earlier than a year before the day of the race

Valid FFC/FSGT/FFTri/UFOLEP licences are accepted.

Valid licences (FFC / FSGT // FFTri // UFOLEP) or medical certificates are mandatory for all the Roc d'Azur’ races  including the rando races.

4. News about race number collection!

This year to make things smoother, the race number collection area in the Espace Caquot has been split into 2 different stages.

  • Stage 1: Medical certificate validation zone. 
  • Stage 2: Once you’ve done that, then you’ll go to collect your race number.
